Special Needs

Hi my name is Mrs Troughton,

I work as the SENCO (Special needs co-ordinator)

This means that I work with all the other teachers in school to help them make sure that children who have difficulties with learning, what ever the cause, have the support that they need, to do the best that they can.

Some children will have a long term need that will require extra help for the whole of their school life, others will have a temporary need that can be overcome with the right
