We have all started on our cross curricular topics. We have been looking at where in the world our three countries of Bolivia, India and Australia are.
We have had lots of ideas from the children as to what they would like to learn about, and over the next few weeks we shall be getting as much of these as possible into our lessons.
The first week after half term has been very busy, we have all enjoyed listening to the Whitehaven Male Voice Choir and Mrs Wilson has promised us some more musical visitors. On Friday 6th November we had a successful 11 million take over day and we had plenty of children in year 4 who dressed up as interesting occupations.
On this page we have put some links to websites that might help you with the topics we will be covering this term. Just hover over the subjects to see if there is a pointing finger. The Kids Zone page has more links.
